Dermalux at The Gate

Dermalux can be taken as an individual session or added on to any of our facials to supercharge your treatment. Dermalux delivers skin-specific treatments using combinations of clinically proven Blue, Red and Near Infrared wavelengths to boost collagen and elastin production, improve circulation, reduce redness and irritation and blitz blemish-causing bacteria.

Utilising the latest generation LED technology, Dermalux ensures safe and targeted delivery of light at the optimum intensity for maximum skin-enhancing results

  • Your skin will be cleansed to ensure it is clean before going under the Dermalux lights.

    Our Dermalux machine will be programmed by your therapist to the specific requirements of your skin.

    You will be given goggles to ensure your eye are protected and then you will lay under the lights for your treatment time (usually 20 minutes).

    Deramalux is purely a light treatment and is not a traditional, hand-on facial. If you would prefer a relaxing treatment, we would suggest one of our classic Medik8 Facials.

  • Dermalux can be added to any of the facials and peels that we offer here at The Gate.

    Many clients chose to combine the two treatments to supercharge their results.
